These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) are between you (“User”) and Lanfinitas Intelligent Technology (Shanghai) LLC (“Lanfinitas”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the People’s Republic of China, operating the Lanfinitas AI platform and the SpecFlow product.
SpecFlow is an AI-powered garment specification engine (“Service”) forming part of the Lanfinitas AI platform. The Service provides fashion industry professionals with AI-assisted technical pack generation, multilingual design term extraction, size system management, and related tools.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED IN BETA FORM. LANFINITAS INTELLIGENT TECHNOLOGY (SHANGHAI) LLC MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”.
4.1 You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use SpecFlow.
4.2 If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity.
4.3 Voluntary Data Contribution & Credits. Where you voluntarily contribute anonymized garment specification data for the purpose of improving the Lanfinitas AI model (“Data Contribution”), Lanfinitas Intelligent Technology (Shanghai) LLC may, at its sole discretion, award you platform generation credits (“Credits”) as a token of appreciation. Credits: (a) have no monetary value and are non-transferable; (b) may be redeemed solely against future SpecFlow generation quotas on the Lanfinitas AI platform; (c) expire 90 days from the date of award; (d) may be modified, revoked, or discontinued by Lanfinitas at any time without liability; and (e) do not constitute consideration for the Data Contribution, which remains a voluntary act. Participation in any Credits programme is entirely optional and does not affect your eligibility or rights under these Terms.

5.1 Subject to these Terms, Lanfinitas Intelligent Technology (Shanghai) LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Lanfinitas AI platform and SpecFlow for your internal professional purposes.
5.2 This license does not include the right to: sublicense, sell, resell, or commercially exploit the Service; copy or duplicate the Service; or use the Service to build a competing product.
6.1 The Lanfinitas AI platform, SpecFlow, and all related technology (including StyleGraph and the Industrial Lexicon) are the exclusive intellectual property of Lanfinitas Intelligent Technology (Shanghai) LLC.
6.2 You retain all rights to garment designs, specifications, and data you create using SpecFlow.
6.3 If you opt in to data sharing, you grant Lanfinitas a royalty-free, worldwide license to use anonymized specification data to improve the Lanfinitas AI model.
7.1 Your use of SpecFlow is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described therein.
7.2 Data may be processed and stored in the People’s Republic of China by Lanfinitas Intelligent Technology (Shanghai) LLC. By using the Service, you consent to such cross-border transfer.
7.3 California residents: To the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) applies, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information. Contact support@lanfinitasai.com to exercise any applicable rights.
You agree not to: (a) violate any applicable law; (b) transmit harmful, fraudulent, or illegal content; (c) interfere with the operation of the Service; (d) circumvent any access restrictions; (e) use the Service to train any competing AI system without express written consent from Lanfinitas Intelligent Technology (Shanghai) LLC.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LANFINITAS INTELLIGENT TECHNOLOGY (SHANGHAI) LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF SPECFLOW OR THE LANFINITAS AI PLATFORM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lanfinitas Intelligent Technology (Shanghai) LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Lanfinitas Intelligent Technology (Shanghai) LLC may terminate or suspend your access to SpecFlow and the Lanfinitas AI platform at any time, for any reason, without notice.
12.1 Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the Rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), seated in Shanghai, China.
12.2 Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted solely on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Lanfinitas Intelligent Technology (Shanghai) LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of SpecFlow or the Lanfinitas AI platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
