These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and Lanfinitas Intelligent Technology (Shanghai) LLC (“Lanfinitas”, “we”, “us”), the operator of the Lanfinitas AI platform, including the SpecFlow product and associated services (“Service”).
SpecFlow is an AI-powered garment specification engine operating as part of the Lanfinitas AI platform. It provides: AI-assisted design specification drafting, technical pack generation, multilingual terminology extraction, and size system management tools for fashion industry professionals.
3.1 SpecFlow is provided in beta form. Lanfinitas Intelligent Technology (Shanghai) LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service at any time without notice.
3.2 Beta access may be revoked at Lanfinitas’ sole discretion.
3.3 The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
4.1 You may use the Lanfinitas AI platform and SpecFlow solely for lawful professional or commercial fashion design purposes.
4.2 You must not: (a) reverse-engineer or decompile any component of the Service; (b) use the Service to train competing AI models; (c) resell, sublicense, or transfer access without written consent from Lanfinitas Intelligent Technology (Shanghai) LLC.
5.1 All rights in the Lanfinitas AI platform, SpecFlow product, StyleGraph structural layer, Industrial Lexicon, and related technology are owned by Lanfinitas Intelligent Technology (Shanghai) LLC.
5.2 You retain ownership of garment specifications, designs, and data you create using SpecFlow.
5.3 By enabling data consent, you grant Lanfinitas a limited, anonymized licence to use aggregated specification data to improve the Lanfinitas AI model.
5.4 Lanfinitas Intelligent Technology (Shanghai) LLC retains all rights in derivative model weights, embeddings, and learned representations produced from anonymized data, irrespective of the data source.
5.5 Voluntary Data Contribution & Credits. Where you voluntarily contribute anonymized garment specification data for the purpose of improving the Lanfinitas AI model (“Data Contribution”), Lanfinitas Intelligent Technology (Shanghai) LLC may, at its sole discretion, award you platform generation credits (“Credits”) as a token of appreciation. Credits: (a) have no monetary value and are non-transferable; (b) may be redeemed solely against future SpecFlow generation quotas on the Lanfinitas AI platform; (c) expire 90 days from the date of award; (d) may be modified, revoked, or discontinued by Lanfinitas at any time without liability; and (e) do not constitute consideration for the Data Contribution, which remains a voluntary act. Participation in any Credits programme is entirely optional and does not affect your right to use the Service under these Terms. Data Contributions remain subject to the anonymization and consent provisions of clauses 5.3 and the GDPR Privacy Notice below.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable EU law, Lanfinitas Intelligent Technology (Shanghai) LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of SpecFlow or the Lanfinitas AI platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights under EU law. Disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in Shanghai before the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).

When you use SpecFlow on the Lanfinitas AI platform, we may collect:
Data may be transferred to and processed in the People’s Republic of China by Lanfinitas Intelligent Technology (Shanghai) LLC. Such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards as required by GDPR Article 46. Where required, Standard Contractual Clauses are in place.
Session data is retained for 90 days. Anonymized model-training data is retained indefinitely. You may request deletion at any time.
As an EU/EEA data subject you have the right to: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing. Submit requests to support@lanfinitasai.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
SpecFlow uses browser sessionStorage and localStorage for functional purposes only (preserving your working session). No third-party tracking cookies are used.
